Parmagnetism molecule

1.The substance when placed in a magmetic field acquire feeble magnetism in the direction of applied magnetic field is called paramagnetic substance.

2.when a paramagnetic subtance is brought near the end of powerful magnet then it get some what repelled.

3.when a rod of paramagnetic substances is suspended freely between two poles of the magnet then it axis becomes parallel to the magnetic field

4.When a paramagnetic solution is kept in U shape tube and one arm of the tune is kept between two poles of the magnet then level of the solution get rises

5.its permeablity is slightly greater than 1

6.its susceptibility is small and positive.

7.its susceptibility is inversely peoportional to the temperature.
